Great addition to your bird book library

What bird lover hasn't seen one of the videos of crows doing amazing or funny, intelligent things, or even the PBS program on how they learn to recognize friendly or unfriendly humans? This informative book will broaden your knowledge of these wonderful birds, and give you helpful information on how to befriend them, if you are lucky enough to have a resident family. I highly recommend it.

Birdbrain is no insult!

This well researched book provides a fascinating look at the very complex social relationships that crows engage in during their lifetimes. Rather than simply flocking together they assume very sophisticated roles in their communities and are amazing problem solvers. Learning how they co-ordinate their efforts when dealing with problems is remarkable and toward the end of the book the reader is indeed instructed in the language these birds use when talking to one another. Man may think he has dominion over the earth but after reading a book like this it becomes apparent than many of our fellow creatures are a lot smarter than we ever thought and could really give us a run for our money in the brains department.
