"The book is clearly written, the text concise, with many tables and illustrations. It is divided into 7 sections: nutritional requirements, assessment of growth and nutrition, intake chapters by age groups, chronic diseases and obesity. At the end is a very complete index. Very useful; Recommended.

I have enjoyed reading this book. It is written and published in the UK so a lot of the research and organizations cited are from across the pond, but I did enjoy the information and still find it valid here in the US. It has a lot of good information for parents that are looking to feed their kids following healthy guidelines while trying to avoid so much of the processed junk our supermarkets sell here in the US. Easy read as well.
